2. İçeriğin Amacı
Site'deki içerikler yalnızca Zinde'nin kurumlara yönelik hizmetlerini tanıtmak ve genel bilgilendirme sağlamak amacıyla sunulmaktadır. Site içeriği tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi niteliği taşımaz; sağlık hizmetleri ilgili sözleşme ve mevzuat çerçevesinde ayrıca sunulur. Acil durumlarda lütfen 112'yi arayınız.
3. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Site'de yer alan marka, logo, metin, görsel, tasarım ve diğer tüm içerikler Zinde'ye veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet mevzuatı ile korunmaktadır. Bu içerikler, Zinde'nin önceden yazılı izni olmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
4. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
- Site'yi yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı,
- Form aracılığıyla doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeyi,

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
Bu Kullanım Şartları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
