This Privacy Notice has been prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform visitors whose personal data is processed through our website and individuals who contact us via our form.

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK based on the following legal grounds:

• Your explicit consent (via the checkbox on the form),
• Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
• Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of our Company,
• Being necessary to fulfil a legal obligation.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your form submissions are processed through a third-party form/e-mail infrastructure provider used to deliver e-mail notifications. As this provider's servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK; the explicit consent you provide when submitting the form also covers this transfer. Similarly, within the scope of the Google Analytics service we use to measure the site, your usage data may be transferred to Google, whose servers may be located abroad. Your data may further be shared with authorized public institutions where required by our legal obligations.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through the form and electronic communication channels (e-mail) on our website, by automated and partially automated means.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and until the end of the statutory retention/limitation periods; upon expiry, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

8. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure/destruction where the conditions are met; request that such actions be notified to third parties; object to outcomes arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damages you incur.
